Amazing food that comes with friendly atmosphere and service. The dishes are typical of the South of Italy (Calabria) and I totally recommend them!
I came here on Thursday evening where they have an aperitif for 14 euros. There is a plate of appetizers plus a first course, all delicious and very filling so more than an aperitif I would consider it a small dinner! Very friendly and helpful staff. I will definitely come back.
Calabria in the North!!! Truly wonderful place, qualified, fun staff and excellent quality food! All products come directly from Calabria, cooked properly as only a Calabrian cook can do! Really excellent quality/price, we will return soon with our Polento friends

We showed up without a reservation just before the closing time indicated on Google, but the waitress greeted us with a big smile and let us sit.
The place is small but very typical and really leaves you smiling with all these signs in Calabrian, as well as obviously the menu.
We tried two different versions of their signature fresh pasta, fileja (macaroni), and were really satisfied: the pasta was noteworthy and the toppings tasty but not heavy.
The prices are correct, what cost a little more was the Pizzo truffle (6€, it wasn't exactly like the one I ate in Pizzo, but still not bad).. with 15/20€ each you can eat quietly.
I would also like to suggest it to those like me who don't like too strong/spicy flavours, but it's a nice experience and you can still choose...

First time at Pipi e Patate. Good choice!! Mixed starter of cold cuts, cheeses and meatballs: all delicious. Good pasta, pipi potatoes and amazing sausage! Sweet and classic Calabrian cold coffee drink to end on a high note. Staff (dining room and kitchen) trained and attentive. Beautiful evening!
